 Chocolate is very pleasurable food that can be eaten when you are in the mood for it or want to celebrate something. It gives an energy boost because of its caffeine content. However, it can cause health problems if consumed too much. Chocolate has both positive and negative effects on the body. 

                                       


A little chocolate, especially dark chocolate, can be good for your health. It contains antioxidants which help prevent heart disease and cancer because it prevents the formation of free radicals in our body. 80% cocoa chocolate is a rich source of iron. So eat a few squares if you are a vegetarian or female athlete that needs more iron.

Eating too much chocolate can cause health problems. It causes health and fitness issues It contains sugar and fat which can lead to weight gain and high blood pressure. 

Chocolate is very high in fat and sugar which are both good tasting.

    

Being involved with chocolate will make the reader happier, relaxed, and more confident. Chocolate contains serotonin which makes people feel happy when they eat it because serotonin produces hormones that affect our moods.
